Preschool
Our mission in the preschool area of Children's Ministry is simple:We aim to care for and teach your preschool child with the love of Jesus Christ. We view this as both a high calling and serious responsibility. With that in mind we value:
- Christ centered, Bible centered learning materials
- Excellence in faculty and facility
- A positive and encouraging learning environment
- The safety and security of children, their parents and their leaders
- A warm and informational welcome to parents
Among the opportunities provided for your preschoolers are:
Sunday School
Every Sunday morning we want to provide your child with a caring, loving environment where they can see the love of Jesus through our teachers and begin to learn about God's love for them. Sunday School classes are scheduled at 9:45 and 11:00am and are designed to allow you to interact with your Bible Community knowing that your child is in good hands before or after attending the Worship Celebration of your choice with your child. Our theme for the month of February is What Did Jesus Do?
Cubbies
Cubbies is a program of AWANA designed especially for your preschooler. It is a ministry that is all about fun with a purpose - to win and grow kids for Christ! The cubbies program is geared to meet the needs of 3 and 4 year olds and makes Scripture memorization a fun activity. AWANA occurs on Wednesday nights at 6:00 in the Worship Center.
Special Events
Along with these great opportunities, ADBC also seeks to engage your preschooler in incredibly fun special events such as VBS and the Fall Festival.
Parent/Child Dedication will be held next on February 21, 2010.
